Miafarma is a pharmaceutical importer and distributor with a nationwide presence across Angola. We are part of the Mafcom/Mafricom Group, a diversified conglomerate with business interests spanning FMCG, the food industry, frozen foods, second-hand clothing, beverages, education, healthcare, and more.

Miafarma imports and distributes medicine from Portugal, India and China currently. Soon imports from Brazil would also begin.

We, ensure that all our products are manufactured at WHO-GMP approved facilities with valid pharmaceutical licenses for all the products that we get manufactured in Our Brands.
We also test the quality of our products with accredited labs to ensure our products meet our high standards.

We source branded generics from well-known European laboratories such as Sandoz,  Generis, Pfizer, Bial, Merck, Sanofi, and Novartis. In addition, we import medicines under our own brand, Miafarma, from trusted suppliers in India and China.
